If your enquiry concerns an existing order, please include:

If your enquiry concerns a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please describe the issue and provide supporting information where reasonably necessary.

Shipping and tracking

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States and United Kingdom, with no minimum order value.

Our standard delivery estimate for both destinations is 7–15 business days, consisting of 1–3 business days for processing and 6–12 business days for transit.

Our standard order cut-off is 17:00 Mountain Time, following the Denver, Colorado time zone, Monday through Friday. Business-day estimates exclude applicable public holidays.

If your order exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe or you believe there is a delivery problem, email info@atelierdemarie.com with your order number.

Returns and refunds

Atelierdemarie.com offers a 30-calendar-day voluntary return period for eligible products, in addition to applicable statutory consumer rights.

For ordinary change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping where permitted by applicable law.

The return centre is in China. International return shipping costs may be higher than domestic shipping costs.

You do not need to contact customer support simply to obtain the return address. If you need assistance with a return, email info@atelierdemarie.com .

The registered Wyoming address of Worldwide Apparel Group LLC is not the customer return address. Please do not send returns to that address.

UK cancellation requests

If you are a UK consumer and wish to exercise an applicable statutory right to cancel an eligible distance purchase, you may notify us through a clear statement.

For eligible goods, the statutory cancellation period is generally 14 days after receipt, subject to applicable rules and exceptions.

Use of a model form is optional. A clear cancellation statement is sufficient where the statutory cancellation right applies. Exercising that right is not subject to discretionary approval by our customer-service team.
