When should my order arrive?

Our standard delivery timeframe consists of order processing followed by transit after dispatch.

Processing 1–3 business days

Transit 6–12 business days

Total estimate 7–15 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.

Our standard order cut-off is 17:00 Mountain Time (MT — MST/MDT), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on applicable public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Tracking has not updated

Tracking information does not always update continuously while a parcel is moving through the delivery network. A temporary gap between scans does not necessarily mean that your shipment has stopped moving.

If your order is still within the estimated 7–15 business day delivery window, please continue to check the tracking information for new updates.

If the estimated delivery window has passed and there is still no meaningful update, contact us so that we can review the shipment.

Tracking says delivered, but I cannot find my parcel

If the tracking status shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking:

the delivery address and any delivery notes;
other members of your household;
any safe place where the carrier may have left the parcel;
neighbours or reception areas where appropriate; and
the latest information provided by the carrier.

If the parcel still cannot be located, please contact us with your order number so that the issue can be reviewed.

These troubleshooting steps do not limit any consumer rights that apply to your order.
