Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last updated: September 15, 2026
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed through Atelierdemarie.com are processed and delivered.
Atelierdemarie.com is operated by Worldwide Apparel Group LLC.
We currently serve customers in the United States and United Kingdom. Shipping availability for a particular address is confirmed during checkout.
1. Delivery timeframe
Our standard estimated delivery schedule consists of order processing followed by transit after dispatch.
These timeframes are estimates based on normal processing and delivery conditions. They are not guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly agree to a specific date with you.
2. Business days
For the purposes of this policy, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.
Saturdays, Sundays, and applicable public holidays are not included when calculating the processing and transit estimates above.
3. Order cut-off time
Our standard order cut-off is:
17:00 Mountain Time (MT — MST/MDT), Monday through Friday.
Orders received before the cut-off on a business day begin their processing period that day.
Orders received after the cut-off, on weekends, or on applicable public holidays begin their processing period on the next business day.
4. Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing includes the steps necessary to prepare an accepted order for dispatch.
The processing period is separate from the transit period that begins after the order has been dispatched.
5. Transit after dispatch
After an order has been dispatched, the standard estimated transit period is 6–12 business days.
Combined with our standard processing period, the total estimated delivery time is therefore 7–15 business days.
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, severe weather, public holidays, customs procedures where applicable, or other transportation disruptions.
6. Shipping charges
Any shipping charge applicable to your order will be displayed during checkout before you place the order.
You will have an opportunity to review the applicable delivery option and cost before completing your purchase.
We do not add an undisclosed shipping charge to an order after it has been placed.
7. Taxes and other charges
Any taxes or other charges that Atelierdemarie.com is required to collect from you as part of the transaction will be shown or calculated during checkout where applicable.
Nothing in this policy should be interpreted as a representation that a particular tax, customs, duty, or import treatment applies to every order. Such treatment can depend on the destination, order, and applicable law.
8. Order confirmation
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
Please review your order confirmation and contact us promptly if you notice an error in your order or delivery information.
An order confirmation is not a guarantee of a particular delivery date unless a specific date has expressly been agreed.
9. Tracking information
Where tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information will be provided after dispatch or made available through the applicable order tracking function.
Tracking information may take some time to update after a shipment has been handed over for transportation.
A temporary lack of tracking updates does not necessarily mean that the parcel is no longer moving through the delivery network.
10. Delivery address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing your order.
Please check your address carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an address error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at info@atelierdemarie.com .
We will make reasonable efforts to assist if the order has not yet been dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
11. Undeliverable or returned parcels
A parcel may be returned or considered undeliverable because of factors such as an incomplete address, an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery, or another delivery issue.
If an order is returned as undeliverable, please contact us so that we can review the available options based on the circumstances.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to the order.
12. Delayed dispatch or delivery
If we become aware that we cannot dispatch your order within the timeframe we stated or otherwise agreed with you, we will handle the delay in accordance with applicable law.
Where required, this may include notifying you of the delay, providing a revised timeframe, and giving you the opportunity to cancel the affected order and receive the applicable refund.
We will not use an unexpected delay to remove or restrict a cancellation, refund, or delivery remedy that mandatory consumer law gives you.
13. United States delivery rights
For orders placed by customers in the United States, we base our stated dispatch timeframe on the period in which we reasonably expect to be able to dispatch the order.
If we cannot dispatch an order within the promised timeframe, we will provide any delay notice, revised shipment information, cancellation option, or refund required under applicable US law.
14. United Kingdom delivery rights
UK consumers retain all mandatory delivery rights provided by UK consumer law.
Where a delivery period has been agreed, we are responsible for delivering within that applicable period, subject to the remedies and circumstances provided by law.
If delivery is not made within the applicable agreed period, UK consumers may, depending on the circumstances, have the right to require delivery within an additional appropriate period or to treat the contract as ended where the statutory conditions are satisfied.
Where a UK consumer validly treats the contract as ended because of non-delivery, any reimbursement required by law will be made without undue delay.
15. Risk of loss — United Kingdom
For UK consumer orders, goods generally remain at our risk until they come into the physical possession of you or a person identified by you to receive them.
Different rules may apply where you independently commission a carrier that was not offered by us as a delivery option, as provided by applicable law.
16. Orders shown as delivered
If tracking shows that a parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check the delivery location, other household members, and any safe place or delivery information provided by the carrier.
If the parcel still cannot be located, contact us at info@atelierdemarie.com with your order number so that the issue can be reviewed.
This troubleshooting guidance does not reduce any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
17. Damaged or incorrect deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong product, or otherwise does not conform to what you ordered, contact us at info@atelierdemarie.com .
Please include your order information and sufficient details for us to identify and assess the issue.
Claims involving faulty, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming goods are handled separately from ordinary change-of-mind returns and remain subject to applicable statutory consumer rights.
18. Changes or cancellation before dispatch
If you wish to correct or cancel an order before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist where fulfilment has not yet progressed too far, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or stopped once processing has begun.
This operational limitation does not restrict any statutory cancellation right that applies to you, including applicable rights of UK consumers.
19. Returns and refunds
Shipping and delivery issues should not be confused with our separate returns process.
Atelierdemarie.com provides a 30-calendar-day voluntary return period for eligible products, in addition to statutory rights that may apply.
Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for information about change-of-mind returns, faulty or incorrect goods, return costs, and refund processing.
UK consumers also retain their statutory cancellation rights for eligible distance purchases.
